Offset and cursor pages.

Every list is bounded; no list returns an unbounded body. Two styles exist, and each route says which it uses.

Style	Parameters	Used by
Offset	`limit` and `offset`; the page carries `hasMore`.	Customers (at most 50 a page), pending stamps, reservations, import rows, team and support history.
Cursor	`limit` and `cursor`; pass the returned `next` or `nextCursor` back unchanged.	Customer history, activity, invoices, shop links and issued pass lists.

Treat a cursor as opaque. Customer pages never repeat or skip a row while you walk them.
