Add to Apple Wallet
Open the join link in Safari, tap Add to Apple Wallet, then confirm.
Add to Google Wallet
On Android, tap Add to Google Wallet and confirm when Wallet opens.
Stamps not adding
Show the QR on your card at the counter. If the count looks old, refresh the card.
Claiming a reward
When the card says your reward is ready, show it to staff. They scan and claim it.
Remove a card
Open the card in Wallet, tap more, then Remove Pass. Add it back anytime.
Card not updating
Pull to refresh in Wallet, check your connection and turn Wallet notifications on.

Common questions
Adding to Apple Wallet
How do I add a card to Apple Wallet?
Scan the shop's QR with your iPhone camera, or open the join link. Enter your name and number, then tap Add to Apple Wallet and confirm.
I tapped the button but nothing happened.
Open the link in Safari rather than inside another app, since some in-app browsers block Wallet. If it still does nothing, the card also works as a web card from the same link.
Can I add the card on an Android phone?
Yes. On Android you will see Add to Google Wallet instead.
Adding to Google Wallet
How do I add a card to Google Wallet?
Scan the shop's QR or open the join link, enter your details, then tap Add to Google Wallet. Google Wallet opens and asks you to confirm.
The Add to Google Wallet button is not showing.
Some phones or regions do not support Google Wallet yet. Your card still works as a web card from the same link, and the shop can scan it just the same.
Do I need the Google Wallet app?
The card lives in Google Wallet, so the app needs to be on your phone. Without it, use the web card from your link.
Stamps
I just got a stamp but my card shows the old count.
The stamp is saved the moment the shop scans. Give the card a few seconds, or pull down to refresh it in Wallet. Your web card link always shows the latest count.
I lost my card. Can I get my stamps back?
Yes. Your stamps are saved with the shop, not on the card. Ask the shop to look you up by phone number, or join again from their QR with the same number.
I changed phones. Will my stamps move?
Yes. Open your join link on the new phone and add the card again. Your stamps come with it.
Claiming rewards
How do I claim my reward?
When your card shows the reward is ready, show it at the counter. Staff scan it and mark the reward as claimed.
Can I save my reward for later?
Yes. A full card keeps its reward until you claim it, unless the shop has set its own time limit.
Removing a card
How do I remove a card?
Open the card in Wallet, tap the more button, then Remove Pass. You can add it back anytime from the shop's link.
Will I lose my stamps if I remove the card?
No. Your stamps are saved with the shop. Add the card again and they are all still there.
How do I stop notifications from one shop?
Open the card in Wallet, go to its details and turn off notifications. You keep the card and your stamps.
Notifications and updates
Why are notifications not coming through?
Check that notifications are on for Wallet in your phone's settings, and that the card's own notifications are not turned off.
The shop changed its card design but mine looks old.
Design changes reach cards the next time they update. Adding the card again from the shop's link always gives you the newest look.
