Business deletion and support-access history.

Schedule or cancel deletion of the whole business after the 14-day grace period, and read when Revisit support viewed the business. Both are explicit owner choices and need a key with no branch or program limit.

Schedule business deletion after the 14-day grace period

POST/business/deletion

Scopebusiness:delete

Requires the explicit business:delete scope (never in Read-only or Full access) and a key with no branch or program limit. The business name must be sent exactly, and an owner must have confirmed their email. Nothing is deleted now: the existing nightly purge removes the business, its customers and its keys on scheduledFor. Asking again never moves the date. Every owner is emailed (live keys only).

Send an Idempotency-Key header. Safe to retry.

Cancel a scheduled business deletion

Requires business:delete. 409 NOT_SCHEDULED when nothing is scheduled (the same operation key replays the original answer instead).

Requires the explicit support:read scope and a key with no branch or program limit. Newest first; only the start, end and whether changes were allowed. Operator identities and the free-text reason stay in the owner's Settings screen.
