Terms of Service

1. The service

Revisit lets shops run loyalty programs in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. We provide the platform; you run the program, including the rewards you offer. You are responsible for honouring the rewards you advertise.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to create a merchant account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

3. Plans and payments

We offer two plans, Basic and Standard, with the limits shown on our pricing page. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Taka, with a VAT invoice. New accounts get a 3-day free trial.

Fees for a period already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Revisit for spam, scams, hate or anything unlawful in Bangladesh. Do not enrol customers without their consent. Do not copy or reverse-engineer the platform. If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

5. Customer data

The customer records you collect belong to you. We process them on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for getting your customers' consent before enrolling them or sending them offers, and for following the privacy laws that apply to you.

6. Wallet delivery

Apple and Google decide whether and when wallet updates and notifications appear on a customer's phone. We work to deliver them quickly, but we cannot guarantee delivery.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times and to fix problems quickly. Support is by email during business hours in Dhaka.

8. Intellectual property

Revisit, its name, look and software are ours. Your content (card design, reward text and customer records) is yours. You give us permission to host and show your content to the customers you choose, only to run the service.

9. Third-party services

Revisit relies on services we do not control, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. If they change or stop working, we will adapt as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise every feature will stay the same.

10. Liability

Revisit is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending the service

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the service or do not pay. After closure you can ask for a copy of your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
