What a digital stamp card is
A paper punch card has one job: make a customer feel they are part way to a free coffee. It fails when it is left at home or lost in a pocket.
A digital stamp card does the same job from inside the phone. It is a pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, next to bank cards and tickets. It shows the stamps collected so far, for example 7 of 10, and the reward at the end.

How a customer gets the card

- They scan it with the phone camera and tap to save the card to their wallet.
- The card is on the phone. It takes about six seconds, and they do not install anything.
Android phones use Google Wallet and iPhones use Apple Wallet. If a phone has neither, the card still works as a web card from its own link.

What happens when the card is full
When the last stamp lands, the reward unlocks. Staff redeem it with one scan, and the customer can start a new card. You choose the reward: a free cup after 10 stamps, a pastry with any coffee, or a size upgrade.
