Trust and security
Your customers' data, handled like it matters.
Revisit holds the loyalty relationship between you and your customers. We treat that data as yours: kept private, locked down and exportable when you want it. Here is exactly how, and who we rely on to run the service.
How we protect it
Your data, walled off
Each shop sees only its own customers and visits. No merchant can ever see another merchant's list.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are never stored, only a strong one-way hash.
Rate-limited join links
Public join links are rate limited, so nobody can flood a shop's card with fake sign-ups.
Stamps you can trust
Stamps are written with a lock and a one-time key, so a double tap or a retried request never adds a stamp twice.
A clear history
Every stamp and reward is saved with the time it happened, so the history on each customer adds up.
Yours to export
Your customer list is yours. Ask us for a full CSV of customers and visits at any time. No exit fee, no lock-in.
Subprocessors
The outside services Revisit uses to deliver the product. Each one gets only the data it needs to do its job, and we keep this list current. Questions? Email hello@revisit.cards.
| Provider | Purpose | Region |

Regions show where each provider mainly processes data; some use global networks for delivery. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled end to end. Read the Privacy Policy
